What you will do

• Provide inbound email support for French users experiencing trust and safety issues.
• Investigate high-complexity and sensitive Trust & Risk cases to ensure successful resolution.
• De-escalate and educate customers to improve overall marketplace safety.
• Act as the primary escalation point for issues requiring nuanced understanding of French language and culture.
• Collaborate with internal departments to research and resolve open questions.
• Monitor key performance metrics and manage the backlog of open issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Trust & Safety, customer service, or fraud operations.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Weekend availability required.
• Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
• Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
• Must be based in or within commuting distance of Dublin, Ireland.

• 4-year university degree.
• Knowledge of Collectibles.
