TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Ireland (Hybrid in Dublin or remote).

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with motor dealer customers to ensure subscription value.
  • Assist with dealer onboarding and provide ongoing technical troubleshooting support.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to lead dealer portfolios and drive retention.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and commercial teams.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce and Intercom to manage inquiries and improve support workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent outcomes and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ireland with full working rights.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or technical support role.
  • Proficiency with customer support tools such as Salesforce or Intercom.
  • Strong ability to manage queries across chat, email, and phone with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to drive continuous service improvements.
