What you will do

• Guide enterprise customers through the onboarding process and proactively drive platform consumption.
• Lead personalized training sessions and create technical resources to empower user success.
• Design and execute mutual activity plans tied to specific value outcomes and project milestones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders to advocate for their needs.
• Utilize data analytics to provide business review inputs and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop business cases and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in Kubernetes, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and Observability.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or SQL.
• Proven success in customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
