Salary: €35,000 – €42,500 + Equity

What you will do

• Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve issues regarding payments, orders, and shipments in a high-quality and timely manner.
• Maintain deep expertise in the hirify.global product, processes, and internal systems to drive positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and research open questions.
• Identify and eliminate repeat contacts to improve the overall customer journey.

Requirements

• 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
• Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
• Must reside within commuting distance of the Dublin hub.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in a secondary language, particularly French, German, or Dutch.
• Knowledge of collectibles.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous startup experience.
