What you will do

  • Define strategic product positioning and target audiences aligned with business goals and brand vision.
  • Develop full-funnel global campaign plans, including budgets, media plans, and influencer strategies to drive revenue and market share.
  • Lead the creation of branded marketing assets across digital, retail, paid media, and packaging touchpoints.
  • Orchestrate unbranded content initiatives through influencers and creators while preserving authentic voices.
  • Track campaign KPIs in real-time and make data-informed adjustments to creative and spend to maximize ROAS.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams and the hirify.global for Business organization to ensure effective regional activation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer product marketing for a global brand.
  • Strong marketing analytics skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of paid media, social platforms, and influencer/creator ecosystems.
  • Strong project management instincts to drive complex, multi-workstream campaigns on time and budget.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
