What you will do

• Lead and manage field application engineering activities for strategic semiconductor customers, acting as the primary technical management interface.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Leaders and Application Engineers to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate technical execution across geographically distributed teams and customer sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders to align technical and business requirements.
• Ensure a consistent test solution strategy and execution across multiple customer locations.
• Collaborate with global sales and engineering leadership to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor test, applications engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing and developing technical teams, including senior engineers.
• Strong hands-on background in developing, debugging, and releasing semiconductor test programs into production.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Willingness to travel as required to support customers and global teams.
