What you will do

• Lead lifecycle marketing across the customer journey, transitioning from mass blasts to targeted, personalized e-commerce campaigns.
• Build and optimize audience segments and automated journeys to increase engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of consumer email initiatives, including ideation, copywriting, and template building.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define events and triggers to ensure proper data flow for lifecycle automation.
• Design and execute an A/B testing roadmap across subject lines, CTAs, and personalization strategies.
• Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, measuring ROI and incremental impact on revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2–6 years of experience in e-commerce email marketing, specifically owning lifecycle and retention campaigns.
• Proven track record in segmentation, testing, and performance analysis of email programs.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting high-performing email copy.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with Customer.io or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Basic design sensibilities and experience using Figma.
