What you will do

• Own and drive the experimentation roadmap for email marketing growth.
• Design and run A/B tests across subject lines, copy, CTAs, and content structure.
• Develop experiments to maximize pre-purchase conversion and post-purchase activation/retention.
• Analyze performance and user behavior to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
• Maintain a clear backlog of experiments and document data-driven learnings.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and analytics teams to tie experiments to business outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in growth and A/B test execution.
• Fluent English.
• Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.
• Experience with Mixpanel, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and copy-writing skills for marketing optimization.
