Crm Manager (Ecommerce): Taking full ownership of the CRM function, transforming it into a key growth engine that drives repeat purchases and customer lifetime value with an accent on email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing. Focus on building and optimising automated flows to increase repeat purchase rate, managing segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle communications.
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office) in London, Greater London.
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 plus 10% bonus

What you will do
- Own CRM strategy across email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing
- Build and optimise automated flows to increase repeat purchase rate
- Manage segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle communications
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve performance
- Partner with the eCommerce and Growth teams to drive revenue impact
Requirements
- Proven CRM experience within D2C or eCommerce brands
- Strong hands-on Klaviyo / Braze / Bloomreach experience.
- Data-driven mindset with segmentation and lifecycle expertise
- Experience building automated flows and retention strategies
- Growth mindset with the ability to operate in a scaling business
