hirify.global is a specialized agency and elite Klaviyo partner focusing on lifecycle marketing for high-growth health, wellness, and subscription eCommerce brands.

What you will do

  • Define and own lifecycle strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs across email and SMS channels to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Manage commercial scope, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain profitable and on schedule.
  • Lead and mentor Strategy Associates, acting as the primary escalation point for performance and workflow issues.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities through upsells and integration of new marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain high delivery standards by performing quality checks and contributing to agency playbooks.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in eCommerce or lifecycle marketing with a proven track record of strategy ownership.
  • Deep expertise in retention channels including segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing client scopes, budgets, and project roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify or equivalent subscription platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Must be based in Europe or operate within compatible time zones for effective collaboration.
