TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Veterinary Software): Managing and growing relationships with key veterinary hospital consolidators with an accent on strategic account planning and product feedback loops. Focus on designing the corporate accounts strategy and driving customer value through comprehensive business reviews.

Location: 100% remote within the USA. No work visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $80,000 – $150,000 per year + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Design and lead the corporate accounts strategy for veterinary hospital consolidators.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting strategic relationships with key stakeholders and champions.
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews and strategic touch-points to prove customer value.
  • Establish an effective feedback loop between customers and the product development strategy.
  • Create and execute account roadmaps to ensure platform growth and customer success.
  • Monitor veterinary consolidation market dynamics to adapt the company's value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, time, and process management skills.
  • Proven track record of developing executive-level relationships.
  • Must be based in the USA.
