Location: 100% remote within the USA

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from project planning to go-live.
• Serve as the primary liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs.
• Guide clinics through the migration of existing workflows to the new platform.
• Manage project timelines and proactively identify and resolve blockers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features within the implementation workflow.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (the company is unable to sponsor work visas).
• 4+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%).
