TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (High-tech): Managing full-cycle recruitment for Taiwan and other APAC regions with an accent on sourcing strategies and pipeline building. Focus on end-to-end hiring processes, coordinating with regional HR directors, and ensuring legal compliance across diverse APAC markets.

Location: Must be local to Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, PH. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for Taiwan and other APAC regions.
  • Partner with local HR and hiring managers to identify requirements and optimize recruiting efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, 104, and other professional networks.
  • Facilitate timely decisions by communicating recruiting status and feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of the recruitment process and compliance with legal employment practices.
  • Generate recruitment reports to improve costs, efficiency, and quality of the TA function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience within the high-tech industry.
  • Ability to read simplified and traditional Mandarin characters is essential.
  • Must be based in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
