TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $26 – $30 per hour

What you will do

  • Process mortgage assumption requests from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate directly with borrowers and real estate agents to resolve issues and explain requirements.
  • Manage multiple assumption files concurrently while adhering to SLAs and quality standards.
  • Validate borrower eligibility based on Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae requirements.
  • Maintain accurate loan data in the servicing system, including ownership and assumption terms.
  • Track milestones and maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or processing.
  • Working knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae servicing guidelines.
  • Experience working with agency and government loan products.
  • Familiarity with state-specific recording requirements.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education certification.
  • Must be based in the United States
