What you will do

• Review loan data and fees to support accurate initial Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures.
• Prepare revised disclosures in line with tolerance limits and cure period requirements.
• Adjust fees based on purchase agreements and loan term changes to mitigate losses.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state disclosure timelines, including TRID and RESPA.
• Manage a daily pipeline of loans to meet key deadlines and service level expectations.
• Partner with Loan Officers, Processors, and Underwriters to resolve data discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations (disclosures, closing, processing, or compliance).
• Working knowledge of TRID, RESPA, tolerance violations, and cure provisions.
• Experience using a loan origination system (Encompass preferred).
• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs.
