What you will do

• Obtain and verify condo questionnaires, insurance, budgets, and litigation documents from HOAs.
• Analyze project documentation to ensure compliance with agency requirements before submission.
• Prepare project approval summaries and identify potential issues during pre-review.
• Communicate directly with customers and loan officers to secure missing documentation.
• Manage the pipeline within established turn times and document all actions in the LOS.
• Collaborate with closing and servicing teams to clear outstanding suspense items.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows.
• Strong math, analytical, and time management skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
