What you will do

• Compile and prepare claims packages, including all necessary invoices and documentation for reimbursement.
• File claims accurately within internal, investor, and government systems (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, RHS).
• Respond to and resolve suspended claims and investor requests for additional information timely.
• Reconcile claim funds and expenses written off to ensure all claimable amounts have been filed.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide user feedback on current servicing systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience preparing and filing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA claims.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert knowledge of analyzing documentation and invoices to determine claimable expenses.
• Demonstrated experience with FHA conveyance (Part A) and claims (Part B, C, D, E).
• Proficiency in FHA Catalyst and FHA Connection.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
