What you will do

• Manage delinquent borrower pipelines and communicate default milestones to relevant parties.
• Evaluate eligibility for mortgage assistance plans and negotiate workout agreements.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, investors, and homeowners in compliance with SLAs, RESPA, and federal guidelines.
• Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys regarding account status, bidding instructions, and payoff quotes.
• Monitor pre-foreclosure populations and production reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ for on-site work
• 1+ years of experience in collections and/or loss mitigation within mortgage servicing.
• Experience in GSE servicing, including loan modifications and forbearances.
• Previous experience in foreclosure and bankruptcy processes.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
