What you will do

• Review, prepare, and submit complete loan files for underwriting review.
• Identify missing documentation and implement steps to streamline the loan process.
• Analyze vital income, Automated Underwriting System (AUS), and other required credit documentation.
• Operate in strict compliance with various lending guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Loan Officers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan submissions.
• Continuously seek and implement process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a mortgage production or similar role.
• Familiarity with mortgage loan processes and standard documentation.
• Knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using loan processing software and relevant technology.
• Must be based in the USA (employees may reside in any of the 50 United States).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
