What you will do

• Research and resolve homeowner issues using a modern internal mortgage servicing system.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications, ensuring thorough documentation of all interactions.
• Promote hirify.global-specific products and services to improve homeowner satisfaction.
• Identify and locate homeowners with delinquent accounts using credit bureau info and other databases.
• Negotiate past-due payments and establish repayment plans for delinquent accounts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across different business areas and team members.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix.

• Previous experience in mortgage servicing.
