What you will do

• Plan, develop, and coordinate engineering projects for the Taiwan region.
• Ensure execution meets expectations and drive gaps to closure.
• Manage communication across all organizational levels and with customers.
• Drive project management standardization and participate in process development.
• Motivate interdisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Analyze project status against metrics and implement best practices for compliance.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or Software preferred).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with software development, specifically production efficiency tools or system uptime monitors.
• 2+ years of experience with automatic testing equipment and customer interfacing.
• Must be based in Jubei City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Current PMP certification.
• Functional management experience.
