What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation for creative asset delivery.
• Drive early requirement-setting and bridge gaps across Creative, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain project dashboards and provide concise weekly updates to stakeholders.
• Navigate resource constraints and align competing priorities to meet strategic goals.
• Leverage AI assistants to streamline routine tasks and optimize project workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex workflows into clear schedules and manage high-quality data.
• Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to support and optimize project operations.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain composure under pressure.
