What you will do

• Partner with the COO to define and execute operational roadmaps for licensed entities and joint ventures.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance business readiness and long-term scalability.
• Manage the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) frameworks and integrate external tools for platform stability.
• Perform cost-benefit assessments for third-party tools to ensure financial sustainability.
• Optimize back-office systems and reporting frameworks for improved governance and data security.
• Mentor and scale the Business Operations team to foster a high-accountability culture.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in business operations or corporate strategy within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Proven leadership experience in scaling high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or P&L management.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and delivering complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Educational background in business, operations, finance, or a related discipline.
