What you will do

• Review creative materials and advise teams on talent, music, insurance, copyright, and IP considerations.
• Manage rights and clearances in coordination with internal legal counsel across various productions.
• Prepare estimates for talent fees, residuals, and music-related production costs.
• Oversee union matters, specifically following SAG-AFTRA and AFM guidelines.
• Issue essential production documentation, including talent agreements, licenses, and vendor scopes of work.
• Coordinate with finance and payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely session and usage payments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business affairs, production, or talent management within an agency or entertainment environment.
• Working knowledge of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract and union/non-union production practices.
• Experience with talent payment processing and usage tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
