Salary: $160,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Champion a unified product roadmap supporting early-stage artists, high-traction artists, and independent labels.
• Synthesize customer feedback through research, interviews, and analytics into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product differentiation and value delivery.
• Optimize the end-to-end customer experience, from onboarding and releasing music to reviewing performance and earnings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure high-quality, intuitive feature launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, launching high-impact features.
• At least 2 years of experience in a top-tier product team, ideally serving creators or small business owners.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear plans with defined outcomes and OKRs.
• Expertise in ruthless prioritization and managing tradeoffs between speed, scale, and cost.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with data tools such as Amplitude, Sigma, Mode, or Tableau.
• Professional background or deep interest in the music industry.
