What you will do

• Advise clients on the design and implementation of scalable data architectures using Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into data strategies, architecture blueprints, and technical roadmaps.
• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence workloads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices within Databricks ecosystems.
• Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales and discovery activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data consulting or architecture with hands-on expertise in Databricks on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Deep knowledge of Spark (PySpark/Scala), Delta Lake, and MLflow.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Scala and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and distributed computing in cloud environments.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level).
• Must be located in Spain.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Databricks Workflows.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
