What you will do

• Develop and monitor Lines of Balance and delivery schedules to ensure a clear plan for every part.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including Turn-Around Time (TAT) and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to allocate resources and resolve bottlenecks.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent schedule or cost overruns.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders under the direction of the Sustainment Lead.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of repairs processes, work package management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Capability to interpret technical documentation, including work orders, repair manuals, and drawings.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Must be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law.
• Must be able to undergo UK National Security Vetting.
