System Engineer

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact on-site for clients, spending approximately 50% of your time at client locations.
• Analyze client problems and identify appropriate solutions, collaborating with colleagues for support when necessary.
• Ensure laptops are set up and ready to use according to user needs, update software packages, and install printers.
• Manage users and solve problems with web applications.
• Document all contacts and actions undertaken precisely.
• Work as part of the Cloud Security and System Engineers team when in the office.

Requirements

• Enjoy helping end users on-site and solving problems.
• Client-focused with a strong affinity for computers and technology.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Motivated, keen to learn new things, and able to set priorities.
• Able to work autonomously and consult with colleagues when needed.
• Good communicator, sociable, and preferably with a good sense of humor.
• Hold a valid category B driving license.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Windows Client Environment (Windows 10, Office Products).
• Experience with Azure Active Directory management (particularly from a user point of view).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with end-user support within an Office 365 environment.
