What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines for large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize existing data processing workflows to ensure scalability as data grows.
• Implement real-time and batch processing systems for data ingestion from APIs and webhooks.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all pipelines.
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems to proactively manage pipeline health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate various data sources.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Based within commute distance of San Francisco.
• Experience with databases, distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and data infrastructure.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
