Location: Remote; open to candidates in most U.S. states (except California and New York) and Canada

Compensation: Base $45K + $30K–$100K Commission (Total $75K–$145K), plus $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates

What you will do

  • Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products (Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood) using a network of 80+ carriers.
  • Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Close 60+ policies per month utilizing warm, inbound leads without cold calling.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflow and maximize sales impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses.
  • 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
  • Experience working in a contact center environment that offers multiple insurance carriers.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work one weekend day per week (operating window 9 AM to 9 PM ET).
