TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or near Breda / North Brabant region, Netherlands

Salary: €2,800 – €3,400

What you will do

  • Actively approach new clients through cold calling to expand the company's Spanish portfolio.
  • Run sales conversations and close new business deals independently.
  • Identify commercial opportunities using data and market insights.
  • Define effective sales strategies tailored to specific regions and target groups.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on inbound and outbound leads using HubSpot.
  • Ensure a strong onboarding process for new partners before handing them over to account management.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Spanish.
  • Good command of English.
  • Currently living in or near the Breda / North Brabant region.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and phone-based acquisition.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards.
