Fullstack Software Engineer (TypeScript)

TL;DR

Fullstack Software Engineer (TypeScript): Building and scaling core HR, finance, and operations systems for construction contractors with an accent on AI-native development and embedded payments. Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in San Francisco or New York City). Remote work is available for candidates outside of these commuting areas.

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain products and systems that power the core platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Actively participate in blueprinting, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Own projects end-to-end, from technical design to implementation.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and solve real-world pain points.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node/Express.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
• Ability to own tasks and deliverables with high reliability.
• Team-oriented attitude with openness to new ideas and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB and Stripe integrations.
• Background in AI-native development or building complex abstractions.
• Startup experience or ex-founder background.
