What you will do

• Build systems to scale high-performing, brand-consistent marketing creatives for YouTube, CTV, Linear, UAC, Meta, TikTok, CRM, and web.
• Automate non-creative production aspects, including Jira ticket management, naming, roadmapping, and dashboards.
• Develop an automation pipeline to ensure fast, reliable, and on-spec creative outputs.
• Create and maintain a creative performance dashboard to drive decision-making for creative and growth teams.
• Explore and implement AI tooling within local-run constraints and approved governance models.

Requirements

• Experience with local-run AI setups and governance models for tool approval.
• Proficiency with LoRA and fine-tuning workflows and their production impacts.
• Hands-on AI experience using Figma, Notion, Jira, and N8N.
• Experience building creative QA pipelines for automated spec checks and metadata validation.
• Experience improving creative measurement infrastructure, including taxonomy and decision loops.
