What you will do

• Develop and maintain AI agents with tailored retrieval, planning, memory, and reasoning components to support engineering workflows.
• Prototype and refine user–agent interactions, ensuring practical and intuitive collaboration for engineers.
• Set up and maintain a rigorous evaluation and benchmark environment, including defining fitness metrics, setting up monitoring and tests.
• Build automated data engineering pipelines to collect and curate engineering knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience building automations combining parametric CAD, direct 3D programming, and numerical solvers.
• Python and full-stack software engineering skills, with a strong system understanding.
• Experience building agents requiring specialized context, custom tools, and complex reasoning schemes.
• Proven ability to thrive in uncertain, innovative environments and commitment to delivering differentiated user value.
• Excellent communication skills, bridging deep technical understanding with business impact.
