What you will do

• Lead and manage complex, high-profile employee relations investigations from initiation to resolution.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on investigation protocols and employment law.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to junior team members to enhance team capability.
• Identify trends and systemic risks to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the investigations function.
• Represent the HRI team in meetings with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality investigation reports and outcome letters that withstand scrutiny.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex employee relations investigations.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, specifically the Equality Act 2010 and ACAS Code of Practice.
• Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching and developing colleagues on investigative approaches.
• Effective communication skills to build relationships in challenging situations.
• Capability to deliver objective, risk-based findings and recommendations.
