What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement, including defining requirements, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.
• Partner with HR and finance to manage headcount and organizational changes, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Own the organization's budget planning and forecasting processes, tracking actuals vs. plan and recommending actions for variances.
• Serve as a resourceful problem-solver to resolve day-to-day operational issues on behalf of the Copilot team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Liberal Arts, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations, strategy, or project management.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and handle sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 6-8+ years of professional experience in business-related roles.
