What you will do

• Design and execute Change Management Strategies aligned with rapid prototyping and technical implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments to analyze how AI and technology integrations reshape job roles and workflows.
• Translate technical AI and ERP updates into consumable narratives and "change stories" for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage high-level stakeholder engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and project leaders.
• Develop and oversee enablement and training plans to equip the workforce with skills for automated processes.
• Define and track adoption metrics and KPIs to measure transformation success against business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational change or business transformation, preferably in consulting.
• Proven experience managing the human side of technology implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies for managing deliverables in rapid-release cycles.
• Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Availability for regular on-site work in Ohio.
