What you will do
- Execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals and acquisition targets.
- Plan and optimize quarterly campaigns using a test-and-learn approach across various creator platforms.
- Manage a diverse network of creators and long-term partnerships to ensure consistent performance.
- Handle budget allocation, agency oversight, and talent negotiations to maximize cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Performance teams to deliver integrated conversion-led campaigns.
- Lead Creator Generated Content (CGC) campaigns to produce high-performing assets for Paid Social channels.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a track record of high-performing campaigns.
- Proven experience in end-to-end influencer strategies focused on acquisition and ROI.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the general creator landscape.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills for optimizing campaign performance using data and insights.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Sydney Office (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription business models.
- Proven track record in driving CPA and acquisition targets.
- Experience managing influencer marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and tracking tools.
