What you will do

• Boost conversions by reviewing and optimizing existing offers, emails, and website pages.
• Write and repurpose strategic content across Instagram, blog, email, and YouTube.
• Establish and manage affiliate income streams via Amazon and selected brand partnerships.
• Refine the positioning and strategy for the launch of a new flagship course.
• Advise on the development of high-value content and sales funnels to grow the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience driving revenue in a content-driven or product-based online business.
• Experience working with digital products, online courses, or affiliate programs.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand tone.
• Knowledge of basic UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk).
• Ability to work independently and take strategic initiative without micromanagement.
