What you will do

• Develop and mentor a team of service professionals, building capabilities to execute business strategies.
• Create and manage operational plans, budgets, and policies to achieve revenue targets.
• Present financial and project-related performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the US.
• 15+ years of management experience, including leadership of teams with 10+ people.
• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in professional services delivery and managing distributed, remote teams.
• Valid passport and legal eligibility for international travel to Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
