What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Project Managers to foster a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.
• Identify opportunities to expand the company's footprint within existing accounts through staff augmentation and outsourcing.
• Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and frameworks to elevate operational excellence.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders at client companies to act as a strategic partner.
• Establish and track KPIs for Delivery and Retention to proactively monitor performance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, and Sales teams to optimize hiring and employee experience.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Must be based in LATAM for remote work or in Florianópolis, Brazil for hybrid work.
• Proven experience leading project management, account management, or client success teams in tech, outsourcing, or staffing.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth in existing accounts.
• Strong knowledge of software development environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
