What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams and Scrum teams to ensure predictable execution.
• Manage scope, delivery risks, dependencies, and changing priorities.
• Drive proactive stakeholder management to keep clients and internal teams aligned.
• Act as the key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead the resolution of delivery blockers, technical challenges, and client escalations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize team efficiency and delivery workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or product ownership in IT outsourcing.
• Deep knowledge of project and program management methodologies and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience managing risks and dependencies across distributed teams.
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Fluent English (C1+) with strong business communication skills.
• Must be based in Poland, Romania, Brazil, or Colombia.
