Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across marketing functions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and build agentic workflows and multi-step automations using Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Workspace.
  • Develop a data strategy to source necessary inputs from CRM, intent platforms, and internal assets.
  • Architect and maintain a central repository of AI capabilities, prompts, and reference assets for the marketing team.
  • Enable team adoption of AI tools through training, documentation, and hands-on fluency support.

Requirements

  • Fluency with Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Workspace for building functional agentic workflows.
  • Proven experience working within or alongside B2B marketing teams (demand generation, content, and campaign ops).
  • Ability to translate vague workflow problems into structured, technical AI solutions.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication skills to explain AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and the data flow between CRM and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of intent and enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Bombora.
  • Experience creating prompt libraries, AI playbooks, and internal enablement resources.
  • Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
