TL;DR

GTM Engineer (AI): Building and deploying AI agents to improve go-to-market strategies and execution, focusing on optimizing workflows and driving AI adoption within the revenue organization. Focus on strategic analysis, territory design, and AI-enabled GTM measurement to enhance sales, marketing, and customer success performance.

Location: Must live in or near San Francisco and work from the office 3 days per week.

Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 + equity for San Francisco-based candidates

What you will do

  • Analyze GTM performance across Sales, Marketing, and CS to identify areas for improvement and deliver data-backed recommendations.
  • Own agent design and AI-enabled development, maintaining a structured, data-driven agentic universe.
  • Use AI tools and agents to surface insights, recommend GTM strategic moves, and design systems and processes around an AI-enabled GTM team.
  • Drive agent activation within Dust, building workflows, knowledge bases, and automations to enhance the revenue org's speed, consistency, and knowledge.
  • Continuously improve the leads engine by identifying high-signal triggers, building enrichment workflows, and improving targeting precision.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Finance, or equivalent roles.
  • Hands-on Clay experience, including building tables, managing enrichment strategy, and translating data into targeting logic.
  • Fluency with AI-native GTM tools such as Claude, Cursor, OpenAI, and Dust.
  • GTM strategist mindset with experience in growth, sales strategy, consulting, or RevOps.
  • Strong data interpretation skills to analyze funnel data and provide insights for the business.
  • Must live in or near San Francisco and work from the office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Sigma, and Snowflake.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, ideally PLG or hybrid GTM models.
