Salary: $150,000–$230,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Use AI and data to help SDR, marketing, and sales prioritize high-value accounts.
• Replace manual research and CRM entry with advanced automation and AI agents.
• Automate quoting, approvals, and document generation to streamline deal execution.
• Write custom code to integrate and extend the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and Clay.
• Rethink segmentation, territories, and coverage using data-driven insights.
• Take ownership of sales effectiveness and revenue growth outcomes.

Requirements

• Bridge deep technical ability with practical enterprise GTM and sales workflow understanding.
• Experience writing code and using APIs, automation, data systems, and AI tools.
• Deep familiarity with modern sales tech stacks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for building and high ownership.
• Ability to focus on real revenue outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in the US.
