What you will do
- Lead the process of obtaining and maintaining market access and landing rights authorizations globally.
- Engage directly with national regulatory authorities to build and foster strong relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of regulatory and market access frameworks in key business markets.
- Prepare documentation for license applications by coordinating information across internal teams.
- Influence and optimize regional regulatory frameworks to support business expansion.
- Represent the company in international forums and ITU-related meetings to promote business interests.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status is required for compliance with export regulations.
- At least 7 years of experience in Market Access, Government Relations, or Public Policy specifically for Satellite Communications.
- Degree in law, engineering, public policy, or a relevant technical subject (Master's degree is an asset).
- Strong technical, regulatory research, and analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
