What you will do

• Shape the enterprise FCC regulatory strategy, aligning positions with technical, marketing, and product priorities.
• Develop positioning and prepare filings for company-critical FCC proceedings.
• Represent hirify.global as an external spokesperson before the FCC, industry coalitions, and stakeholder forums.
• Provide executive-ready recommendations on regulatory risk posture and strategic tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of FCC licenses and ensure full compliance with all applicable rules and requirements.
• Provide legal advice to engineering teams regarding electromagnetic interference concerns.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 8 years of applicable experience at a law firm, FCC, or in-house legal department.
• Proven expertise in FCC practice across satellite, spectrum use, wireless, and broadcast fields.
• Strong ability to communicate complex regulatory issues to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
