Salary: $213,000 - $250,000 per year

What you will do

• Prototype and experiment with new AI-powered features for Custom Agents.
• Productionize and scale asynchronous workflows across hirify.global’s infrastructure.
• Collaborate with AI, Infrastructure, and Product teams to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Research and integrate the latest AI technologies and trends into the core product.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience shipping production software with end-to-end feature ownership.
• Expertise in building AI products using LLMs, embeddings, and ML technologies.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres or MySQL) and building products from the ground up.
• Proven ability to drive teams toward shared goals and balance business priorities.
