Location: Remote (USA), SF based preferred

Salary: $180K – $230K

What you will do

• Lead and grow hirify.global’s Discord community to drive engagement and improve onboarding.
• Own the SF/Bay Area community presence through local meetups, hackathons, and event programming.
• Develop hands-on technical assets including sample apps, demos, and code walkthroughs for RAG and knowledge management.
• Publish technical content across hirify.global channels and external platforms based on community needs.
• Run recurring office hours to help developers unblock and implement architectural best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or machine learning.
• Proficiency in 2+ programming languages.
• Proven track record of owning and growing a technical developer community.
• Experience running in-person developer events from end to end.
• Fluency in LLM applications, RAG, and strong API design instincts.
• SF based preferred with ability to travel up to 20%.
