Salary: $100,000 to $135,000 for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents.

What you will do

• Support the R&D team on strategic projects, driving planning and roll-out from inception to completion.
• Develop full-scale project plans, manage project dependencies, and set project expectations.
• Create and maintain an integrated project plan and schedule, ensuring clear task assignments.
• Manage program activities for active R&D integrations, including planning, status tracking, and reporting.
• Drive key actions from OKRs, ensuring data consistency, program progress, and risk management.
• Provide regular reports on project progress, problems, and solutions, escalating issues as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in a technology environment.
• Experienced in supporting integration projects.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience leading technical projects in areas like infrastructure, agile software development, and product development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
